Ace tennis player Leander Paes will soon
don the greasepaint! The tennis star has
decided to try his luck in the tinsel town
after nearly 15 years of being offered an
opportunity to act. Paes has been eluding
producers and directors for the past 15
years but finally gave in to director Ashok
Kohli.
Apparently, Paes is impressed with the
script, which is based on the Gandhian principles
and decided to star in it. The film has
been titled Rajdhani Express and unlike
other sportsmen who have entered the filmdom
to star only in sports-oriented roles, Paes
will play a common man which will not reflect
his sports personality.
