Although
received with mixed response in the
home turf, looks like Rajini’s
Kuselan is steadily scaling the international
charts with soaring returns. Unconfirmed
trade sources reveal that Kuselan has
collected just more than £100,000
in the first week of its release at
the UK box office. Besides, the movie
was also placed in the 12th position
during the first week of its release.
With that Kuselan becomes the Third Tamil
movie in a row to cross the £100,000
mark in the opening week in line with the
Kamal starrer Dasavatharam and Sivaji. Trade
analysts also affirm that initial word-of-mouth
and reviews will have a telling impact on
the movie’s performance.
