Kanthaswamy, the Vikram starrer directed by Susi Ganesan is shaping up well and if sources are to be believed, the film is sure to enthrall Vikram’s fans. Kanthaswamy is touted to have all the necessary ingredients to make it a complete entertainer and is being made simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. Stunt scenes in Cheeyan’s films are

generally a highlight for action buffs and especially after Bheema, the star is said to be focusing more on action sequences. To sustain the same flavor, a massive set has been erected in Prasad studios costing one crore rupees wherein a fast paced action scene was shot for seventeen days. According to the director this scene will be on par with any of such sequence in a Hollywood film and will be much talked about.

Further on, an action packed sequence was shot in Theni in a three and a half acre corn field which cost around 1.26 crores which was shot only during nights with the help of gigantic balloon lights imported form America. The crew is also geared up to shoot in Mexico where a Tamil film has never been shot. Susi Ganesan said that though it is very expensive for a person to travel to Mexico, a crew comprising of 45 people are likely to leave for Mexico soon.
