Leading the third International Yoga Day in Lucknow on Wednesday, PM Narendra Modi reportedly described Yoga as a free health insurance. Stating that Yoga is connecting the world with India, Modi said, “It is not even expensive to practice”. Modi also likened Yoga to salt saying salt not only adds taste to food but also ensures the well-being of the body.
