Vajpayee’s dream has been full-filled: Modi

PM Narendra Modi on Friday reportedly inaugurated India’s longest bridge which connects Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. Modi announced that the bridge will be named after famous Assamese singer ‘Bhupen Hazarika’. According to reports, the bridge has been constructed at a  cost of Rs. 950 crore. Speaking at the inauguration function, Modi said, “Vajpayee’s dream has been full-filled”. Notably, the construction of the bridge was approved by then Prime Minister Vajpayee.
