D Roopa, a senior jail official at the Bengaluru central prison, in a report, has reportedly said that AIADMK chief V K Sasikala could’ve paid Rs 2 crore to jail officials to get special treatment including exclusive kitchen. Her report also reportedly claims that rumours are swirling in the jail that the state's Director General of Prisons HN Sathyanarayana Rao may also be a beneficiary. Her report also allegedly said that Abdul Karim Telgi, the kingpin of a multi-crore stamp paper fraud, is also enjoying special treatment.
