The United States on Thursday reportedly dropped GBU-43/B, which is also known as the Mother of All Bombs, in Afghanistan during an anti-ISIS operation. According to reports, the US forces have confirmed the airstrike, which was carried out on an ISIS cave complex with 11 tons of explosives. Notably, GBU-43/B is a large-yield conventional non-nuclear bomb.
