The Puducherry Legislative Assembly on Friday passed a resolution to restrict the powers granted to Lieutenant Governor Kiran Bedi. This resolution comes a week after Chief Minister V Narayanasamy appealed Ministry of Home Affairs to resolve the governance crisis in Puducherry. Further, Narayanasamy also accused the retired IPS official of running a parallel government in Puducherry.
