The Lucknow Police on Monday has reportedly introduced a new rule in Uttar Pradesh capital where petrol will not be given to refill the tanks of two-wheelers if the riders are found not using a helmet. According to reports, the government had asked all petrol pumps to record vehicle numbers to transport authorities whenever they found a two-wheeler rider without a helmet.
