Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reportedly said that Manipur is the only state in the country to have a 10% chief minister. According to reports, Modi was referring to the government officials and ministers in the state, who charge 10% commission from the people to get their work done. Notably, Modi also promised a corruption-free governance if BJP comes to power in Manipur.
