The Madras High Court has reportedly banned the Kalanithi Maran-led Sun Network from using copyrighted work of Sony Music. This comes amid claims that Sun Network was found using Sony Music songs without permission. Meanwhile, Sun has argued that it is the copyright holder of films under the South Indian Cinematograph films.
