IT employees, working at various companies in the IT corridor, Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai, have reportedly extended their support to Jallikattu. According to reports, more than 5,000 IT employees have gathered in Perungudi and have raised slogans to revoke the ban on the sporting event. Notably, several students and public have staged protests across Tamil Nadu.
