According to a report by Business Today, Bengaluru-based IT giant Infosys may ask as many as 1000 employees in job level six and above to leave the company. This section comprises of senior architects and higher level staffs. Managers at these levels have been asked to identify, regarding performance, the bottom 10% of the employees. Notably, this comes after reports of layoffs at Wipro and Cognizant.
