A Bengaluru man reportedly died waiting for an ambulance while his friend died on the spot after a tractor hit their bike. The victim's friend said, "I called 108 ambulance and I was told that it would come in 20 minutes, but it arrived one hour late". Notably, the man reportedly died due to heavy bleeding.
