According to reports, at least 16 coaches of a fertiliser-laden goods train derailed near Nergundi Station in Odisha’s Cuttack district in the wee hours on Wednesday. However, in the incident, which has affected the rail traffic, no loss of life has been reported yet. The goods train was coming from Gangavaram port in Andhra Pradesh to Haibargaon in Assam, say reports. Further details are awaited.
