13,000 farmers register for loan with no land

13,000 farmers reportedly in Maharashtra has registered for the farmer's loan waiver in Mumbai even if there are no farms there. According to media reports, Aadhar card could be the reason as a lot of farmers made their Aadhar cards in Mumbai when they hailed from other cities. Reportedly these farmers own lands in other districts.
