India cancels maritime talks with Pakistan

Following the death sentencing of Kulbhushan Jadhav on charges of spying, India on Saturday canceled the maritime talks with neighbour Pakistan, which was to be held on April 16-19 in New Delhi. The talks were to be held to discuss issues related to fishermen and search and rescue operations. According to reports, the Defence Ministry refused to give clearance to Pakistani delegation.
