According to reports, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy has reportedly written a letter a to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Cauvery water dispute. In the letter, Palanisamy has reportedly requested the PM to instruct the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation as well as the Central Water Commission not to accord techno-economic clearance for Mekedatu reservoir project of karnataka.
