Indian conglomerate Godrej Group Chairman Adi Godrej has said that GST will lead to considerable increase in the GDP in the next six months. He further said there are some 'teething' problems, which are being resolved. On the variable tax rates, he said that in a country like India with people of different income levels, one single rate is very unrealistic.
