Two bulls were reportedly killed after being hit by a speeding train engine during the jallikattu event in Andhra Pradesh, on Sunday. The incident happened around 4 pm in the Gudupalle mandal headquarters near Kuppam town. Following the incident, PETA India has claimed that the bulls were intoxicated purposefully. The animal rights organisation has tweeted “Bulls deliberately intoxicated, two bulls DEAD, from illegal jallikattu”.
