Bharat Interface for Money, the digital payments mobile application developed by NPCI, has reportedly crossed 17 million downloads since its launch on 30 December 2016. Niti Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant made this announcement on Tuesday and added that the technical issues in the BHIM app have come down significantly.
