NEW PROMO VIDEO, FEATURING HUGE SETS OF MAMMOOTTY’S MUCH-ANTICIPATED MAGNUM OPUS LAUNCHED!

In the promo video launched by the makers, the locations of the movie is shot and the training sessions for the maverick action sequences are also seen. Megastar Mammootty is seen riding a horse and Unni Mukundan is busy practicing his ‘Kalaripayattu’ sequences. Child artist Achuthan is another wonder kid of this movie, who has by now, won the hearts of people with his versatile ‘Kalaripayattu’ steps.

The Mamangam team has been busy travelling to various cities such as Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai as part of the promotions of the movie. During an event in Chennai, Mammootty said, “Mamamgam will have a contemporary prominence of what many are fighting for” (in the present era). The film is bankrolled by Venu Kunnappilly under his banner Kavya Film Company.

Mamangam is based on a religious festival, held once every 12 years at Thirunavaya, on the banks of Bharathapuzha in Kerala. The cast of the movie include, Unni Mukundan, Anu Sithara, Prachi Tehlan, among others. The adapted screenplay of the movie is penned by Shankar Ramakrishnan.
