Nalam.
Yaavarum Nalam had Madhavan, though he does
not have a great star value but is decent
enough to make the movie recognized by the
people but why it did not succeed greatly..????
We know our audience favor Hollywood movies
a lot especially action and horror genres.
We have theater in Redhills which shows
mostly Hollywood films that are dubbed recently
and when the theatres have nothing to screen;
they go for old horror type movies with
some ridiculous and funny title in Tamil.
The movies that almost bombed in Hollywood
get a good response here. So what I ask
for is, if you are favoring those kinds
of movies, why not support it when released
in your language?????
Yaavarum Nalam had good story, great cinematography,
good direction, and good performance from
Madhavan and more than all, it had less
gore, blood for a horror movie and more
thrill and fun. But it is a little sad that
the movie did not make it big in the box-office
which it deserved. But thanks to behindwoods
for early review about the movie which encouraged
me to watch it in theater before it was
a taken off. I am glad I watched this great
movie. Think about it audience. Support
and encourage quality movies.
