Ameer’s
previous offerings
were Mounam pesiyadhe
and Ram. He is currently
busy with Paruthiveeran
in which Karthi, the
younger brother of
actor Surya will make
his debut.
Priya
Mani
is the heroine. The
film is based on the
real life story of a
reformer in a remote
village near Madurai.
Since the story is set
in a rural background,
the crew has camped
at Pollachi. Ameer has
decided to complete
the full schedule in
Pollachi itself and
would return to Chennai
only for the post-production
work. Karthi is totally
involved in this project
and will look at fresh
scripts only after completing
this film.
