Kaviperarasu Vairamuth has written about 3600 film songs till now. He now wants to release a collection of 1000 of his works which have literary value in them. It will be titled ‘Vairamuthu’s 1000 songs’. The reason behind this effort he says "that he wants the future generation to remember his works". He says music taste will change over generation but good works of lyricists should stand the test of time.
