After Nagma it is the turn of Katrina Kaif to be frightened by an anonymous caller. It was only last week that Nagma had filed a complaint with the Mumbai police after receiving death threats from an anonymous caller. Now, Bollywood star Katrina Kaif has got one or more of these anonymous calls.
These were assumed to be a fall out of the controversy that surrounded Katrina after she had shot for a scene in the upcoming Namastey London at a dargah in Mumbai. There had been minor protests against the shooting at the dargah.
If Katrina is in trouble, then who else to come to her rescue than boyfriend Salman Khan. The actor too came under the abusive hammer when he picked up the cell phone for Katrina in the early hours of Saturday. He then wasted no time in lodging a complaint in a local police station on behalf of the actress. The caller was later identified as 25 year old Giri, son of a business man who is into this habit of making random calls and troubling people. Katrina landed up being one of his callers. The youth has now been detained by the police.
