Bharathiraaja’s son, Manoj is a talented actor but has not found a stronghold in the industry. His Taj Mahal, Samudiram and Kadal Pookal were widely appreciated but did not take him far. Now, Manoj has changed his name to Manoj Bharathi. He is doing Sadhooriyan with Kunal as the second hero. The climax of the film was shot at Bharathiraaja’s house in Neelangarai. The unit members said that, Manoj spoke his lines, which was about 250 ft long and the shot was Okayed in the first take.
