The Ajith starrer Godfather was said to be produced by Ajith’s official production company, NIC Arts.

But, suddenly Super Good films have taken the rope in the film's production.

News sources say that Nic Arts went out of fund to produce the film, and that it is the director of the film K.S.Ravikumar who requested Super Good Films to produce the movie for him.

Note that God Father was buzzed to be a competitor for Super Star’s Chandramukhi.
