SIVAKARTHIKEYAN TO DO WHAT ILAYATHALAPATHY VIJAY DID?

It is well known that after garnering massive success with Thani Oruvan, Mohan Raja will be directing Sivakarthikeyan in another socially conscious film. We had earlier informed that the team has completed one schedule in the slums of T Nagar in Chennai.Now it is reported that the next schedule of this film has begun on 24th January at a set, resembling a slum erected inside Prasad Studios in Chennai.

Thani Oruvan was a film which had the good guy fighting a medical mafia as its core plot. Similarly, sources close to the team say that this film is expected to address the issues based on food adulteration. Previously in Kollywood, we have had films like Vijay’s Madurey and Jyothika’s 36 Vayadhinile addressing these issues. In Madurey, Vijay was shown to be fighting against food adulteration. Will we see Sivakarthikeyan doing something on those lines in this movie?

This will be the first time Sivakarthikeyan will be teaming up with Nayanthara and as well as starring in a film with a social message. Can Mohan Raja deliver once again after Thani Oruvan? We have to wait to know more!
