This Sunday gave me the perfect opportunity to get into “drag queen” shoes. Many were shocked and yesss, it might’ve been a lil OTT for the others. But hey! what can I say.. Regina Cassandra is an all-rounder who has acted in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi language films. She debuted as a supporting actor in the movie, 'Kanda Naal Mudhal', starring Prasanna and Laila in the lead, directed by V. Priya, Mani Ratnam's former assistant.

After her short film, 'Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi', she began her acting career as a lead and has done more than 35 films so far. In Tamil, she is notable for her roles in 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga', 'Maanagaram', 'Saravana Irukka Bhayamen' and 'Mr.Chandramouli'.
