Yamuna is an actress who is well known to the Malayalam film and TV audience, courtesy of her many roles in movies and serials. Her latest project was Mohanlal's Ittymani Made in China. In addition to memorable film roles, she also had made her mark in small screen.
The actress starred in one of the main characters in Asianet’s popular serial Chandanamazha. Post her divorce with film director SP Mahesh in 2010, the actress has now married Devan, a psychotherapist based in the United States.
The actress has two daughters by her earlier marriage Amy and Ashmi. Stepping into the mini screen through Madhu Mohan’s serials at the very young age of 19, the actress has been a part of more than 50 serials and forty movies as of date.
