''ANIRUDH IS A PEARL FOUND FROM THE 'MUSICAL OCEAN' ILAYARAJA'' - VIVEK!

The audio launch of Rum took place today, 2/11/2016 at Hyatt hotel, Chennai. Rum features Hrishikesh, Sanchita Shetty, Miya George, Narain and Vivek in the lead roles. Rockstar Anirudh is the man in charge of the music department and a couple of songs from the album has already become popular among the youth.

Producer Gnanavel Raja, cinematographer Arvind Krishna, choreographer Gayathry Raghuram and actors Aadhav Kannadasan and Gokul Anand were some of the notable celebrities who attended the event.

“Working with such a young and energetic team has made me feel younger. It is not that much easy to steal the hearts of youngsters through music but Anirudh has done that. He is a pearl found from the ‘Musical Ocean’ Ilayaraja sir”, said actor Vivek in an enthusiastic tone.

“Normally I am scared of horror movies. I am always a little nervous with the number 13 because it is considered as the ghost number.  But Rum is my 13th Movie and co-incidentally it is my first horror film too”, reveals composer Anirudh Ravichander.
