The adventure-based show will see actors - Vijayalakshmi, Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, Vikranth, Nandaa, Gayathri Reddy, Srushti Dange, Umapathy Ramaiah, Besant Ravi, Parvathy and many others - fighting for their survival as the title suggests in a forest in Africa with minimal resources.
The contestants, which has a mix of actors, sportspersons, singers, and fitness enthusiasts, have to survive on the island for 90 days and the sole winner will take home a cash prize of Rs 1 crore.
The contestants are split into teams of two namely - Kadargal and Vedargal - and have been given tasks to test their mental and physical strength over the next three months. Like Bigg Boss Tamil this show will too have the contestants surrendering their mobile phones and other gadgets in order to get along with nature.
Now, a video of Vijayalakshmi with her son Nilan just before entering the reality show is doing heavy rounds in which she can be seen turning emotional and shedding tears as she would be missing her son the most during her stint in Survivor.
