Currently, Vijay has Master waiting for a grand release, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Post this movie, Vijay is collaborating with his Thuppakki, Kaththi, and Sarkar director AR Murugadoss for his next, and this movie is expected to be produced by Sun Pictures. An official announcement on the same is awaited.

Vijay-Murugadoss's 'Thalapathy65' is expected to start shooting early next year, and might be eyeing a festival release for Diwali 2021. Now, sources close to us have hinted an exciting update - the latest buzz is that post this project with ARM, Vijay might again join hands with director Lokesh Kanagaraj for Thalapathy66. Though it is too early to discuss about it, this project is speculated to start late next year and might plan its release in 2022.

As far as Kajal is concerned, on the work front, she was last seen in Jayam Ravi's Comali, which did well at the box office. Her upcoming films include Indian 2, Mosagallu and Mumbai Saga.
