SENIOR ACTOR PEELI SIVAM PASSES AWAY

Veteran Actor Pheeli Sivam (80) passed away, today in Madurai. He has worked in several popular Tamil Television serials and Tamil films including Sivaji Ganesan's Imaigal

Sivam has also been an important part of many other films like Muthal Vasantham, Paarthal Pasu, Manasukketha Maharasa. He has also played supporting characters in movies like Azhagan, Rajadurai,  Veeramani, Ilaignar Ani, Thayagam and Vijaykanth's Virudhagiri.

Peeli Sivam has also won a Kalaimamani Award in the year 1995 from the State Government of Tamilnadu.
