Valimai marks the actor-director duo's second project under Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP banner post the 2019 courtroom drama Nerkonda Paarvai.
The film has also retained the music director Yuvan Shankar Raja and DOP Nirav Shah for this upcoming flick. The team has canned important sequences in locales including Chennai and Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City.
Now the shoot is currently going on and Ajith recently joined the sets. The strong buzz in the K-town is that Ajith will play the role of Eashwaramoorthy IPS. But when we enquired amongst sources close to us, while there are no qualms about the fact that Ajith plays the role of an IPS officer, the name has been found to be incorrect. Well, it seems we have no choice but to wait for the ultimate revelation of the name entitled to Thala's character in the movie.
