The actor had clearly explained his plan when he would take up this daunting task of politics, and had specified that he would enter this field when a change, a revolution takes over that requires a strong leader.
One of the main points he had discussed was about the leadership of the party and the CM Candidature being separate. He mentioned that he will not become the CM candidate, and a young, energetic and a dynamic personality will be chosen for the same. This announcement of Rajinikanth was one of the main key points of yesterday's press meet.
When asked about this, Vadivelu responded that no one knew when Rajinikanth would enter politics, and it would be better if we can think about it once he does. Also, Vadivelu joked that he is planning to become the CM next time, and asked the people there if they would not vote if he contested. His light-hearted comments made everyone erupt in laughter.
