Although there were a lot of fights and misunderstandings among the contestants with respect to the task, which also saw three housemates - Niroop, Priyanka and Suruthi - entering the underground jail for the first time, five of them emerged victorious in grabbing the coins. In the end, Thamarai Selvi, Varun, Pavni, Niroop and Isaivani became the proud owners of the coin. 

Bigg Boss announced that the coin's special powers for themselves or for their friends while saving them from elimination and that the powers last till the tenth week. He also announced that they could use it at any week for one time only. Bigg Boss noted that the coin could be taken by any other contestant also and they would receive powers automatically when it reaches their hands. Wishing them success, he stated that there would be special offers announced for the owners of the coin in the upcoming weeks. 

At the night of day 19, Harish Kalyan and Priya Bhavani Shankar gave a surpirse entry to the bigg boss house, albeit online via a zoom call for promoting their movie 'Oh Manapenne', the official Tamil remake of the hit Telugu movie 'Pelli Choopulu'. The rom-com directed by Debutant director Kaarthik Sundar was released today on OTT platform Disney+Hotstar. After exchanging pleasantries, Priya Bhavani Shankar mentioned that Harish wanted to enter Bigg Boss house at least via a zoom call to meet the contestants.

The duo who have paired for this movie, released a special 'kurumpadam', the trailer of their movie and gave a task for Akshara Reddy and Niroop Nandakumar. The two contestants had to cook an omelette by themselves for their loved ones. While Akshara shared it with Raju Jeyamohan, Niroop shared it with Imman Annachi. Later, the two actors wished them all the best and took leave.
