Her latest film released was Petta, in which she was paired alongside Rajinikanth. The movie also included Vijay Sethupathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Simran. Currently she is working on a number of projects such as Ram (with Mohanlal), Raangi, Ponniyin Selvan, amongst other films. Her upcoming movie Paramapadham Vilayattu is expected to release on the 31st of January this year.

Just a few hours before , the actress had posted pictures from her upcoming movie Ram, with Actor Mohanlal and director Jeethu Joseph. Now, reminiscing about her childhood, the actress has shared a picture dating all the way back to 1993, and has mentioned it to be the year she realized she loved four legged babies more than anything in the world. In the picture she is accompanied by her dog named Minx.
