The young and happening actor, Tovino Thomas who had essayed the role of an antagonist in Dhanush’s sequel hit, Maari 2, will be next seen in his upcoming film, And the Oskar goes to. The film features Anu Sithara in the lead and has Lal, Siddique, Salim Kumar, Sreenivasan amongst others in important roles.
The film’s music has been scored by Bijibal with sound design by the Academy Award winning Resul Pookkutty. Produced by the director himself under the banner of Allens Media, the makers have released the trailer of the film.
According to the impressive trailer that was released, Tovino plays the role of an aspiring and a struggling filmmaker who wants to make it big in the field of cinema as a director. The film seems to focus on the ups and downs of his life. Watch the trailer here -
