VIJAY AND RASHMIKA MANDANNA'S THALAPATHY 66 SHOOTING KICKSTARTS - MASS VIDEO GO VIRAL!

Produced by Dil Raju and Shirish under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film stars Rashmika Mandanna opposite Vijay. According to credible sources, the film is a family drama and Vijay will not be playing a double role in the film.

A few days ago the pooja of this film was held at a private studio in Chennai. Director Vamshi, producer Dil Raju, Rashmika Mandanna and actor Vijay were present. Actor Sarath Kumar also attended the pooja. This is his first time co-starring with Vijay in this film. Praveen KL is the editor of this film. He is also the editor of Vijay's Bairavaa. He has also worked as an editor on some of Vamshi's films.

The story and screenplay are co-written by Hari and Ashish Solomon for the film in association with Vamshi Paidipally. Karthik Palani is about to do cinematography who had worked in Penguin and Adipurush. Karthik Palani worked as an assistant to the cinematographers in the films Mercury (2018) and Petta (2019). He has also worked as an assistant cinematographer in several Hindi, Telugu and Tamil films.

Thaman is composing the music for the film. A few days ago, he announced on his Instagram page that he was composing songs for the film. The shooting of the film starring Vijay started yesterday (04.05.2022) in Hyderabad. Vijay had gone to Hyderabad for this and a video taken at the airport there is going viral.

The 8th Behindwoods Gold Medals Awards will be held this year on May 15 and 22 at the Island Ground in Chennai Island from 6pm to 11.30pm. Ticket booking for this is currently underway.
