KABALI SETS A NEW BENCHMARK

Breaking records comes easy for Kabali. And now the superstar starrer film has broken another record whereby its teaser has sped past the 25 million mark, thus becoming the first Indian movie whose teaser has crossed 25 million views.

The teaser was one of the first catalysts to boost the expectation scale to a sky-high peak. It received immense positive response with Maghizchi becoming a viral tagline. While the fact that Rajinikanth playing his natural age was much loved, his retro look also set the anticipation bell ringing.

Movies like “I” previously crossed the 10 million marks. Records do get broken but to break it by twice the count is in itself spectacular. After having already touched the 25 million mark we are left wondering what will be the final count before the movie releases.

One can definitely expect Kabali to break a few records at the box office. The film has set a new benchmark and let’s hope Rajinikanth breaks his own records with 2.0.
