OFFICIAL: SURIYA'S KAAPPAAN GETS POSTPONED AGAIN!

This is the 37th film of Suriya's career, and it has Harris Jayaraj as the music composer and MS Prabhu as the cinematographer. The makers had released the teaser of the film a month ago that had Suriya donning various get-ups. 

It was initially announced that Kaappaan will be releasing on 30th August 2019, but the makers have decided to postpone the release to 20th September, 2019. This is Suriya's next film after Selvaraghavan's NGK.

It must be noted that Saaho will also be releasing on 30th August. The postponement makes sure that both Saaho and Kaappaan has a high chance of being profitable for everyone involved in the trade, than eating into the other film's business.
