On Saturday, he had addressed government school students and others at a press meet on the National Education Policy Draft. In the speech, he can be seen urging parents and teachers take initiatives to ensure the right Education for their children. He also explains if they all remain quiet, this 3 languages policy will be imposed for sure.

He further says that since there are no enough teachers in the government schools, almost 30% of students study without any guidance of teachers then how can one expect such students to appear for NEET or even write 6 semesters and all. Talking about the coaching centres, he says that the coaching centres in our country alone has almost made 5000 crores turnover.

Students these days are trained from 8th standard itself for JEE, NEET and all, if this continues, what will a government school student do! It would be like closing their opportunities with “iron doors”. Concluding his speech, he further says if this scenario continues, then schools and colleges will be of no importance.
