It had already been announced that STR will feature in Susienthiran's next - which will be STR's 46th film. After discussion with the makers of Maanaadu, STR had committed this movie, whose title have now been announced as 'Eeswaran'.

The first look poster and the motion poster of the project was released today. The music of the movie is by Thaman, and the project is bankrolled by Balaji Kapa under the banner of Madhav Media.
