Recently, Legendary singer SP Balasybrahmanyam was admitted at a private hospital in the city, after he complained of a cold and cough. He was tested positive for COVID19 and was receiving treatment for the same. A couple of days ago, the hospital released a statement, where they mentioned that SPB is under observation and his health condition is now critical.

Various celebrities and stars have offered their prayers for SPB. Ilayaraja released an emotional video, asking his friend ‘Balu’ to come back healthy soon, as he is waiting for him. Superstar Rajini too shared a statement today.

Now, SPB’s son SP Charan has given an update about the health of SPB. In a video, he said “As of today, Dad’s condition is the same as yesterday. He is stable. However, the doctor’s have mentioned that he is still critical, but he is able to identify them. They believe it is a very good sign of improvement.”
