Sayyeshaa played the leading lady in Karthi's Kadaikutty Singam - The production was by 2D Entertainment, directed by Pandiraj. The movie featured the story of mindsets of the people who are marrying amongst their own kith and kin, and how there are different perspectives for different people.

Sayyeshaa played Karthi's love interest, and recently the actress shared a confession, revealing a lovely secret from the film. Sharing a video - a Behind-the-scenes clipping of a song shoot, she wrote thus: "This is an impromptu dance piece from a song shoot for #KadaiKuttySingham"

"The choreographer Baba Bhaskar master told me to continue dancing on the music. This was my own little addition that was retained in the song! Often some of the things that are unplanned work out really well when you see the final product! I really enjoyed shooting this song...also because @karthi_offl is one of my favourite co-stars! This is a round trolley shot and there was water all around me. Also a confession...I really love the typical Indian movie songs.
