Comedian Santhanam has been playing hero roles for the last few years and the movies he has acted in as a hero have been quite successful.
Dikkilona starring Santhanam, which was released a few months back, was well received. Santhanam is currently starring in ‘Parris Jayaraj’. The first look and second look posters of the film were released and the teaser was also well received.
Anaika Soti is the female lead, and the story is about the life of a gaana singer played by Santhanam. Cinematography is handled by Arthur A Wilson, and the film is bankrolled by Lark Studios.
Santosh Narayanan composes music for the film, which is directed by Johnson, who directed ‘A1’ starring Santhanam. It has been announced that the film will release in theaters on February 12. The film is a full-fledged comedy.
Santhanam was last seen in 'Biskoth', which was directed by R Kannan, and was a Deepavali release.
