One of the leading actresses, Samantha Akkineni who loves to be with her family and friends at most of her leisure time had recently shared a video where she could be seen having a great time with her designer friend, Shilpa Reddy who is also a model and a beauty pageant winner, a fitness enthusiast a blogger for health and fitness columns and their pet dog.

Days after this video, Shilpa has taken to her social media and announced that she was tested positive for COVID-19 and how she managed to overcome it. Recalling how a family friend who had visited them recently and left their house feeling unwell, she said that five days later they got to know that a household member of the family friend was tested positive for COVID-19.

Both Shilpa Reddy and her husband tested positive for the virus and they were asymptomatic. Now, she has given an insight of how one can as well try to come out of this struggling phase - following a healthy diet and fitness plan.

Sharing a well-balanced diet plan, Shilpa has also asked many of us to take precautions by following the diet. Check out the much-needed video that is shared by the designer, Shilpa herself -

I checked with my doctor and he gave us a go ahead to take flu shots to avoid panic even when you get a common cold or cough - (INFLUVAC) Inactivated influenza vaccine by - Abbot India lent -There are different doses for adults and children Its a good idea to get the influenza shot if you have elders at home but again you must consider checking with your family doctor ..Since every case is different.. -There is a natural concoctions that helps prepare u r body * -5 bulbs garlic -7 or 8 cloves -15 Tulsi leaves (OR 20 Basil leaves) -1 Teaspoon Ajwain -5 mint leaves -10 black pepper .boil
