Salman Khan and Bhagyashree played the leads in this romantic drama, which showed the extent the man would go to win his lady love and is said to have inspired Prabhudeva’s Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, which was remade in Tamil as Unakum Enakum, starring Jayam Ravi and Trisha in the lead.

Salman refused to kiss heroine Bhagyashree without permission

Lead actress Bhagyashree reminisced about the film and said that a photographer who’s no more had asked Salman Khan to grab and smooch her without her knowledge. Salman is said to have responded with, “'I'm not going to do anything of that sort.”
